How Long Will My Item Take to Ship?

If the order is being shipped to the United States, it will be shipped from our US warehouse via standard shipping which is 5-8 days.  Our worldwide shipping may take 10-35 days, depending on your country. 

If you wish to know the exact shipping times to your country before purchasing anything on our website, send us an email and we will get back to you in a short period of time.

Why Such Long Times?

Our products are specially manufactured from overseas, which they get shipped to one of our 5 different warehouses around the world, therefore the product you may order could be coming from a warehouse far from your location. Our shipping times are an estimate, because of that reason.

Our website is always secure and safe! We use SSL (secure socket layer) security to ensure that your personal information is always encrypted.

Is It Safe To Use My Credit/Debit Card On Your Website?

We do not retain your credit card information after your order is complete. Rather, it is submitted directly to our banks. I Ordered 2+ Items But Only Received One. Where is my Order?

We have 5 different warehouses around the world. It means you may receive your ordered products in multiple packages. So don't panic if first, you receive only one product, everything will arrive.

How Do I Track My Order?

Tracking numbers are included in your shipping confirmation email.

My Tracking Says “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. So don't worry and try to track your order later. 

What Should I Do If I Recieve A Damaged Or Broken Item?

If this happens, please contact us immediately within 2 days after receiving your order and provide us with pictures of your damaged product. We will refund your money or resend your order again, as you will wish.

I Want To Change The Shipping Address, What Should I Do? 

Contact us within 6 hours. If 6 hours are gone then there is a high chance that your order is processed for shipment.

How Do I Activate A Coupon? 

You can activate your coupon at check out page, before confirming your purchase.
